1) Kid: Nathania Tay
Age: 3 years 9 months
Mom: Cindi Wong


Foods she likes:
> Mommy's banana, walnut n chocolate muffins
> Kellogg's K cereal
> Peanut butter & banana bread
> Toasted bread with slice of cheese & sprinkle of sugar
> Teriyaki salmon or teriyaki cod fish with steamed broccoli
> Stir-fried beef with kai-lan and oyster sauce
> Stir-fried asparagus with garlic
> Steamed egg with minced pork
> Marrow green with minced pork
> Stir-fried french beans with carrots & chicken
> Spaghetti with meatballs (or prawns)
> Ribena popsicles
> Yoghurt with apples or kiwis, strawberries or blueberries or dragon fruit
> All sorts of ice cream

2) Kid: Lew Ethan
Age: 14 months

Foods he likes:

> Porridge or bee-hoon or mee-suah with colourful ingredients like shredded carrots, shredded veggies, shredded baby corns, tofu, seaweed soup, minced meat, chicken, beef.
> Heinz Rice Cereals with Instant Coarse Brown Rice Powder
> Rice with assorted dishes (from myself & my hubby dinners' sharing)
> Formula milk - FRISO 3
> Chee cheong fun, chwee kueh

'Ethan is sensitive with hard-boiled egg yolks. Tried twice and his eyelids and lips SWELL! Ethan loves adults' food at home for dinner and when outside too'.
   
3) Kid: Jia Le a.k.a. JL

> Chocolate with some blended ice
> Chocolate biscuits

'JL is a very picky eater. She doesn't quite like anything. Other than the above, she'd only want to eat 1-2 spoonfuls. It's been tough!'
   
4) Kid: Ethan Sia
Age: 9.5 months

Food he likes:

> Home-made baby shepherd's pie (ie. vegetables and pork or beef, yolk with parmesan cheese and milk)
> Scrambled egg yolk with with milk and parmesan cheese
> Home-made baby quiche (ie. vegetables with pork or beef baked with egg yolk)
> Beef with sweet potatoes, french bean, pumpkin and celery puree
> Fish with lentils and spinach porridge

' Ethan is very picky with tastes of food. They must taste yummy! Haha ...'
   
5) Kid: Cherish Tan
Age: 3 years, 5 months
Mom: Santy Ngadiman

Food she likes:

> Vegetables
> Carrots
> Nuts
> Prawn
> Petai

From Santy:
'Cherish is alright with fish. She doesn't quite like meat stuff though. We're teaching her to eat some chicken and pork and she's quite okay so far'.
   
6) Kid: Will Tan
Age: 12 months
Mom: Nichol Wong

Food he likes:

> Ingredients:
- one egg beaten
- any soup stock
- steamed green peas (press them to remove hard coating)

> How to cook
- add a few spoonfuls of stock to eggs
- mix in the steamed foods
- Steam the mixture for 10 minutes

Variations:
- add minced pork or salmon or prawn, etc
- to have a different texture, fry it like patty using two drops of olive oil

'The portion is enough for a toddler and a baby. If it's only for the smaller one, halve the egg.'

Food she likes:

> Steamed cod with spring onion and a bit of soy sauce
> Salmon (teppanyaki style, salmon steak and steamed with Japanese cooking wine)
> Chicken - roasted and grilled
> Pesto Pasta

From Pamela:
'Tiana tends to have "moods" regarding what she likes and dislikes on a certain day. In general though, she likes anything off MY plate (as opposed to food specially prepared for her). The above is about 95% well received'.

   
8) Kid: Elissa Pangestu
Age: 2 years 5 months
Mom: Meina

Food she likes:

> Crispy salted fish and tempeh
> Kidney bean soup, cooked with pork spare ribs
   
9) Kid: Leila
Age: 12 months
Mom: Radhiyah Coutry

Food she likes:


> Beef casserole (as you know casserole means "pan" in english)
Pan fry little onion for taste, add minced beef, tomatoes, mashed udon noodle & a sprinkle of parmesan as dressing.

> Spinach stuffed salmon
Cooked spinach with little basil till mashed. Then sandwich it in between a well cooked salmon, a dash of virgin olive oil on top! And voila.

> Avocado, fresh yoghurt & mango shake
Blend all 3 with just big table spoon of ice. Now thats a dessert!

> Pasta salade
Basil pasta, virgin olive oil, tiny bits of mixed herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives & some ham. All ingredients are steamed till soft, and cut to chunks!

NB: The portion is served for two, half for me and half for her! Leila's tastebuds are never constant. I believe its all about experimenting!
